HOW TO GROW YOUR HAIR FASTER

   Ladies, some of you have asked me "How do I make my hair grow faster?" and the answer is pretty simple. There is no magic pill or shortcut to make your hair growth from one day to another. However, there are some methods that I'd been using for years that had help my hair to grow not only healthy but long.


1. EAT THE RIGHT FOOD
   There is no secret that healthy looking skin come from the inside out and this applies to our hair as well, after all we are what we eat. Try to eat lots of proteins such as fish, chicken, beans, nuts and whole grains. we need to feed our hair the proper way to make it grow.

 
 
2. STOP ABUSING OF YOUR HAIR DRYER OR ANY HAIRSTYLING TOOLS
   Ladies, our hair is beautiful although we might think otherwise. If you have natural curls, straight or wavy hair we can still rock some cool looks without the need of our friend the hair straightener. Don't use it if you don't  need to. There is a variety of heatless hairstyles to choose from. By using hairstyling tools we are not only damaging  our hair with heat  but pulling it  as well and that's double the damage. Make braids and ponytails your best friends.

3. COLD RINSE
  I know ladies, no one likes to take cold showers specially in the mornings however our hair thinks otherwise. I'm not saying go and put ice in a bucket and ask your husband to throw it at you although he might enjoy doing it, but try to rinse your hair with cold water for at least a few seconds. By doing this you're not only helping to seal the cuticles but strengthing before styling it.


4. SLEEP LIKE A BABY
   I know this might sound odd but our body is not the only thing that needs to take some rest at night. If you want to make your hair growth you need to get your beauty sleep. Try to sleep at least 6 hours. If you are a mom you might relate to this, whenever you have a newborn baby the first 2 months are the most difficult ones not only because we are adapting to changes from feeding the baby to his/her sleeping schedule. Did you notice a massive hair loss during those months? well, is because as moms we don't get enough sleep and believe me 2 to 4 hours per night isn't enough to recover our energy.

5. HAIR AND SKIN SPECIAL FRIENDS
   If there is a relationship I would like to have is the hair and skin friendship. As I already mention good looking skin comes from within and hair isn't an exception. If you are using a new hair product pay close attention to your skin specially your back and forehead. If you notice an unusual change in your skin specially in those areas is because you are using the wrong hair care product. If your skin is greasy, flaky, dry, heavy and sticky your hair is feeling it too. After all, no one likes to have a greasy face why would you like to have greasy hair.

6. VITAMINS
 If you think you are not getting enough nutrients from food you can always try a multivitamin. 7. TANGLES
