Loves, raise your hand if you love pancakes! I have been searching online for different healthy pancakes recipes and I'm not going to lie so far it has been a complete disaster, until I started to mix and match ingredients from multiple recipes and voila!! I found a way to not only eat healthy but delicious pancakes.
Best of all, we already have most of those ingredients at home so you don't have to rush to your grocery store to make these delicious pancakes. Recipe follows
Ingredients (Serve 1 pancake)
1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt Chobani-Plain-Non-Fat-Greek-Yogurt
1/2 Cup Oats (I used "Instant Oats")
1/4 tbsp. Vanilla
2 Egg whites
Splenda to taste
Honey or Sugar free Maple Syrup
The Process is really easy just whisk all the ingredients in a bowl except for the honey or maple syrup whichever you like more. Keeping the skillet at medium heat spray it with a non-stick cooking spray and place the batter onto the skillet. Cook for about 2 minutes per side and serve with your favorite fruits. I like mines with bananas and strawberries.
Go ahead and enjoy this delicious pancakes! This healthy pancake recipe offer fewer calories and less fat than regular buttermilk flapjacks so don't feel guilty about eating your beloved pancakes and hit the gym later, just sit back and enjoy!
